Respected Sir/Madam,

                 I beg to say that my father has been transferred to Bilashpur. Now he wishes to continue my education there. We are going to shift to Bilashpur very soon.

  I therefore, request you to issue me a school transfer certificate so that I can continue my study there. I need my tc for study there.
